A complete universal bank, front-office towers and back-office engine room, rebuilt as a coordinated system of AI agents. 181 of them across 72 desks, each with a configuration you can open up: the primitives that run it, how it remembers, which tools and MCP servers it calls, how it's evaluated and guardrailed, and how much it's trusted to act on its own.
The agent designs follow current practice (orchestrator–worker swarms, tiered memory, harnesses, MCP and agent-to-agent protocols, agent-as-judge evals, offline reflection), mapped onto how a global universal bank is organized. Every function is agentic, from the deal desk to the settlement floor. Humans set the mandate and own the regulatory relationship; agents run everything inside it, checking each other as they go.
